RESERVATION POLICY
Due to our intimate size, cancellations affect us significantly and we also have unrecoverable expenses in holding your reservation. This is why we ask that you confirm your travel plans prior to making a room reservation. Traveler’s Insurance is highly recommended.
DEPOSIT
A 100% deposit is required for a one night stay and a 50% deposit is required for a multiple night stay. The deposit is taken at the time of the reservation and is refundable subject to our cancellation policies (below).
CANCELLATIONS
A minimum $25 processing fee will be applied to all cancellations.
Guests are responsible and liable for the entire booking if cancelled 10 days or less, non-arrival, or early departure unless the room can be rebooked by another guest.
CHECK IN AND OUT
Check in time November 1- March 31: 3:00pm -6:00pm
Check in time April 1- October 31: 3:00pm -7:00pm
No check ins after 7:00pm unless prior arrangement is made.
Check out time is 11:00am. Late check outs are subject to additional fees.
